Skip to the next article in the listener's queue.

Resolves the queue the same way the dashboard /queue endpoint + RSS
feed do — recent articles in the listener's subscribed verticals,
newest first — finds where they are now (``body.article_slug`` if the
caller passed it, else the persisted playback state), and advances to
the following item, wrapping to the top at the end. Publishes the new
``article_slug`` over SSE so a connected player jumps to it.
