# Telegram Webhook

`POST /v1/telegram/webhook`

## Request

Telegram update ingest.

Returns 200 on every accepted update — Telegram retries non-200s
and we never want to be a retry source for non-reply spam. The
only non-200 we return is 403 on a bad / missing secret token.

We deliberately accept-and-ignore many shapes (channel posts,
inline queries, edited messages, ...) — we ONLY act on
``update.message.reply_to_message.message_id`` matches against
a pending decision row.
