Stripe webhook for subscription events. Verifies the signature
via STRIPE_WEBHOOK_SECRET, then routes:

  checkout.session.completed       → mark sub active, set next_renewal
  invoice.payment_succeeded        → bump next_renewal forward
  invoice.payment_failed           → mark failed
  customer.subscription.deleted    → mark cancelled
