Returns the live revenue picture for a publisher: total micros
earned in the window, broken down by source (play/ad_served/
subscription/tip), top earning articles, and a 30-day trend.

Public read — no auth gate. The data here is what we'd be willing
to show on a marketing page anyway. Sensitive operator data
(full payout details, internal margins) lives behind admin auth
on /admin/publishers/{slug}/detail.
