Per-vertical earnings panel for the publisher rev-share dashboard.

``publisher_id`` resolves to either the Publisher PK id OR the
``tenant_slug`` (the listener HEX-FLO referral mechanic surfaces the
dashboard by slug; older callers may pass the id). Both work.

Returns the real shape with zeros when no plays exist — never random
or fabricated data. Per-vertical breakdown joins plays -> articles
for this publisher, plus a deterministic ``trending_share`` =
publisher's vertical-listens / total-listens-in-vertical over the
window. Estimated payout uses the placeholder formula
``$0.01 / listen`` until the ledger settlement engine lands; the
same rate the HEX-FLO mechanic quotes externally.
