# Publisher Onboard

`POST /v1/publisher/onboard`

## Request

Self-serve publisher signup. Creates a Publisher row, mints an
access_token, and registers an RSS IntakeSource in the *pending*
state. Operators flip status=active after a quick vetting pass; the
intake worker only polls active sources.
