Revoke the publisher's active VoiceBox profile (status → revoked).

Idempotent, and allowed on ANY tier / regardless of the flag —
revocation is a safety operation and must never be stranded (mirrors
the byo-tts clear semantics). Takes effect on the next render dequeue
(same-day): queued jobs re-resolve and fall back to the host voice.
