`GET /v1/publisher/{tenant_slug}/channels`

Return the full 'where does my content flow?' channel map for a
publisher — powers the connect-once value surface on onboarding + the
dashboard 'Distribution' tab. Publisher-token auth (same gate as the
rest of the dashboard) so private feed patterns + subscriber counts
aren't leaked for arbitrary slugs.
