Postmark inbound webhook → cold-outreach reply detection +
monday.com Replied status + operator Telegram ping.

Auth: ``?secret=<POSTMARK_INBOUND_SECRET>``. Mismatch returns 200
with ``{ok:true, skipped:"auth"}`` (Postmark retry-storm avoidance).
All non-success paths return 200 with a ``skipped`` reason so the
Postmark inbound queue stays drained.
