Per-user private podcast feed — the token in the path IS the auth
(Substack/Patreon model). Returns the listener's personalized daily
brief as a valid podcast RSS 2.0 + iTunes feed.

HEAD is registered alongside GET because Apple Podcasts Connect HEAD-
probes feeds before queueing ingest — absent HEAD the probe sees 405
and rejects the subscribe. An unknown / rotated-away token 404s.
