submit to Spotify Podcasters / Apple / Audible — must stay stable
forever once a directory ingests it. HEAD is registered alongside
GET because Apple Podcasts Connect HEAD-probes feeds before queueing
ingest; absent HEAD support, the probe sees 405 and rejects.
