Signalflo partner API — a publisher's most-recent rendered alpha plays
(newest first), key-gated by ``X-Signalflo-Partner-Key``.

Where /v1/partner/alpha serves the freshest daily brief for a vertical,
this serves the recent articles authored by a specific Storyflo publisher
(a fund manager such as Theo, ``tenant_slug='theo-alpha'``). Returns only
already-public content: the free transcript text + the public audio URL —
no new data exposure, no write path. SELF-GATING: if
``SIGNALFLO_PARTNER_KEY`` is unset the endpoint 404s (inert on prod until a
key is issued).
