Signalflo partner API — the freshest daily-brief alpha (text + audio URL)
for a vertical, key-gated by ``X-Signalflo-Partner-Key``.

Storyflo is consumed by Signalflo as an external, paid content/audio infra
provider; this is the dedicated seam (vs the public x402 rail). Returns only
already-public content: the free transcript text + the public audio URL — no
new data exposure, no write path. SELF-GATING: if ``SIGNALFLO_PARTNER_KEY``
is unset the endpoint 404s (inert on prod until a key is issued).
