The Publisher Audio Authorization Agreement text on file.

Public, no auth — the FE authorization modal fetches this so it renders the
EXACT bytes an acceptance is recorded against (``content_hash`` ties the two
together). Returns the CURRENT version by default; ``?version=`` fetches a
historical version (404 if unknown).

## Query parameters

- `version` string, nullable: Fetch a specific historical version; omit for current.
