# Submit Kyc

`POST /v1/embedders/me/kyc/submit`

## Request

Capture LIGHT-tier KYC fields and bump ``kyc_level`` to ``light``.

Idempotent — a second submit overwrites the on-file fields and
refreshes ``kyc_verified_at``. We do NOT downgrade ``kyc_level`` if
the embedder is already at ``full`` (ratchet only goes up); the
LIGHT fields are still overwritten so the embedder can correct
typos at any tier.

Returns the new on-file state so the FE can re-render without a
second GET.
