Returns the rows the operator dashboard renders: tenant slug, contact
email, revenue split bps, payout method, status, created_at. Per-row
7d click + revenue rollup comes from the existing
``embedder_revenue_events`` table (P3a + P3c) — single GROUP BY
keeps the query cheap regardless of the number of embedders.
