JSON-body impression beacon for SDK-direct / in-iframe Beacon
API fire.

Returns ``{ok, deduped}`` so SDKs can short-circuit retries on
deduped fires. Always 200 — never raises so SDK error-paths don't
accumulate beacon retries.
