Public: the Storyflo Market-vs-Media Divergence Index — the top
events where prediction markets disagree with the press, ranked by the
absolute divergence between the market-implied probability and
Storyflo's own news-narrative probability.

Original analysis (the divergence + news-narrative numbers are computed
by Storyflo). No auth — this is the citeable asset. Served from the
``divergence_index:v1`` kv snapshot the worker refreshes; the read path
projects the public shape (raw market odds withheld unless the
counsel-gated flag is on). See ``app/divergence_index.py``.
