``coming_soon`` list of scheduled-but-unreleased episodes.

Gated by ``DECLASSIFIED_VOLUMES_ENABLED`` — 404 when OFF (parity with
"no such volume"). Released episodes carry the full playable card;
coming-soon episodes expose only ``episode_number`` / ``title`` /
``release_at`` (NO audio).
