# Briefings Recent

`GET /v1/briefings/recent`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.storyflo.com` (the document declares no server; this is the origin it was published from)

Recent published persona-briefings, optionally filtered by ``lang``.

Convention: non-EN briefings use slug prefix ``daily-<lang>-*`` (see
seed_es_personas_2026_05_20.py). EN runs match every other persona.
Returns most-recent first. Public endpoint — briefings are our own
editorial commentary, not gated by Publisher.opt_in_at.

Cap is 1000 (was 50) because the frontend sitemap.xml + news-sitemap.xml
use this endpoint to enumerate URLs for SEO discoverability; 50 was
leaving 100s of published briefings invisible to Google. Postgres
handles 1k LIMIT trivially on the (status, published_at DESC) index.
