Top-100 trending articles for the day, stitched into a single audio
artifact (or returned as an ordered audio_url list when the stitch
infra isn't available — see ``app/audio_stitch.py``). x402-gated;
default price 100_000 USDC micros ($0.10), override via
``BRIEFING_DAILY_PRICE_MICROS``.

Revenue split on settled payment:
  - 70% across the day's publishers, weighted by article count
    in the briefing (the more of your stories made the cut, the
    bigger your slice)
  - 20% to the calling agent's recommender_address (when an
    sf_live_… key was presented); folds into platform when absent
  - 10% (or 30% w/o agent) → platform

Errors NEVER eat the payment: if ledger insertion fails after the
facilitator confirmed settlement we log loudly, ping operator_alerts,
and return 500 so the listener-side wallet keeps the dispute open.
