Per-vertical premium briefing — top-25 trending articles in the
given vertical from the last 24h, stitched per the same shape as
/v1/briefing/daily. x402-gated; default price 50_000 USDC micros
($0.05), override via ``BRIEFING_VERTICAL_PRICE_MICROS``.

Revenue split + ledger semantics are identical to the daily briefing:
70% publishers (weighted by article count), 20% recommender agent
(folds into platform when no sf_live_… key was presented), 10%/30%
platform.

Unknown vertical → 404. The 7-bucket taxonomy is canonical (see
[[project_storyflo_vertical_taxonomy]]); ``other`` is a classifier
fallback, not a sellable bucket.
