Cross-publisher cluster view — returns up to 5 other articles
that look like they cover the same news. v0 uses Postgres
similarity on title (pg_trgm) + same vertical + same week.

Cheap-and-correct: for v0 a single SQL similarity query beats a
pgvector embedding pipeline. We can graduate to embeddings once
we have nightly batch infra running.
