Agent action: Storyflo stories that match an actively traded
event contract on Kalshi and/or Polymarket. Each item carries
qualitative signal tags + a link-out to the venue's own page for the
live numbers — never raw odds. Editorial sourcing surface, not data
redistribution.

Served from the ``market_context:v1`` (Kalshi) and
``market_context:polymarket:v1`` (Polymarket) kv snapshots (PK
lookups) that ``app/market_context.py`` / ``app/
market_context_polymarket.py`` workers refresh — see those modules
for the matching + compliance posture. The Polymarket poller writes
its row; this endpoint is what serves it (``source=polymarket|all``).

## Query parameters

- `vertical` string, nullable
- `category` string, nullable
- `signal` string, nullable
- `source` string: Market source: 'kalshi' (default, the CFTC-regulated DCM), 'polymarket' (the Polymarket prediction market), or 'all' to merge both snapshots. Each source is independently feature-flagged; a disabled source contributes no items.
