Resolve the Dub short link for the Kraken affiliate.

The FE chip POSTs the embedder slug + detected asset; we mint the
Dub URL with the attribution token attached and return it for the
chip to redirect through. The ``click_id`` is an opaque per-render
token for our own observability — Dub's webhook still uses
``?ref={slug}`` as the conversion key, so the click_id is
informational only.

## Query parameters

- `embedder` string, nullable: Embedder tenant slug. Round-trips through Dub's subId / ?ref attribution into Kraken's affiliate dashboard. Falls back to the canonical house slug when omitted.
- `asset` string, nullable: Optional asset hint (e.g. 'BTC') from the crypto-tag detector. Passed through as ``&asset={asset}`` for downstream observability.
