Mirrors :func:`app.intake.crypto_tag_detector.is_crypto_relevant`
— returns ``{is_crypto, matched_assets}``. Cached for 5 minutes
so repeated probes on the same article body don't hit the
detector hot-path multiple times.

FF-gated. Default-OFF on prod, ON on dev (operator flips
``KRAKEN_AFFILIATE_ENABLED=1`` after the Dub short-link is in the
Fly secret store).
