Read-only stats for the /v1/stories/search in-process cache.

Returns hit/miss counters, current entry count, eviction count, and
the live TTL + capacity for the worker process serving this
request. Each uvicorn worker keeps its own cache, so divergent
stats across calls are normal under multi-worker deploys.

Auth: admin token (X-Storyflo-Email-Token).
