Operator rename for a publisher / show.

Exists because until 2026-08-08 there was NO way to correct a
publisher's name — not for the operator, not for the publisher. A row
seeded from a podcast directory under one show's title but pointed at a
DIFFERENT show's feed (exactly what a live publisher reported) was
uncorrectable, and the wrong name flowed into the creator podcast feed,
every listener surface, and outbound email.
