Operator-facing feed-quality audit. Renders every public podcast
feed (the flagship + every PODCAST_VERTICAL_META slug) and reports
whether the Podcast 2.0 / iTunes tags directories like Podcast Index,
iVoox, and Pocket Casts require are present.

Validates RFC 822 dates on each <item>, the <atom:link rel="self">
self-reference, <podcast:guid>, <podcast:funding>, and the optional
<podcast:value> Lightning keysend block.
