Aggregate snapshot of the daily-publishing funnel for the
/admin/pipeline page.

Returns five-stage filter counts (intake → quality → summary →
render → published), per-vertical breakdown matched to the 8
Spotify show slugs, current Fly-secret filter knobs, and the
9-episode daily target progress. All numbers are computed for the
requested ``window`` plus a trailing-7d average baseline.
