CSV export of prepared batches for a period — designed for direct
import into disperse.app, Coinbase Wallet bulk-send, or Safe's
transaction batcher.

Format: ``address,amount`` where ``amount`` is denominated in the
currency unit (USDC, not micros) so the operator pastes a
human-readable file. Only includes rows in ``prepared`` state with
a valid destination address — anything missing the wallet shows up
in the operator dashboard but is excluded from the CSV so the
import doesn't choke.
