Bulk-import a Feedly / NewsBlur / NetNewsWire OPML export.
OPML is the standard XML interchange format for RSS subscriptions.
Each ``<outline xmlUrl="..." title="...">`` becomes a Publisher +
IntakeSource row. Idempotent on (tenant_slug, feed_url) — re-runs
return existing rows.
