2026-08-08 · the action stamps plus the derived ``status`` /
``answered`` / ``handled`` fields are surfaced here too. They were
list-only, so the drill-down — the view an operator opens precisely
when asking "did anyone actually reply to this one?" — was the single
place that could not answer it. All additive.
