Pipeline-wide observability read (PR-6) the admin board renders: counts per
stage, the greenlit→live funnel, failures, median time-in-stage,
oldest-in-stage, the stuck-candidate list (amber >48h), and the north-star
greenlit→live P50. 404 when the flag is OFF (before auth).
