Distribution & Discovery Observability snapshot — one shot of
how content is flowing through the platform right now: agents (per
tool, per client, revenue), listeners (plays, completions, plus
share), the intake funnel (intake → quality → summary → rendered
→ played) across 24h/7d/30d windows, subscription state, and the
share of in-window published stories that have a matched Kalshi
event contract.

Cached for 15 min via ``kv_store`` row ``distribution:v1`` — the
operator can read this on every page load without grinding the DB.
Pass ``?refresh=1`` to force a recompute (use sparingly; the
queries are cheap individually but the consolidated run touches
five tables).
