Manually trigger one tick of the daily-brief worker. Useful
on launch day before the scheduled hour (default 6am UTC) hits,
or to regenerate after content updates. Idempotent: if today's
brief already exists, returns ``created=False``.

2026-06-08 · ``force=true`` query param bypasses the hour gate
so the smoke-e2e workflow can fire the full 9-brief pipeline
on demand. Production cron path (6 UTC) leaves force unset.

## Query parameters

- `force` boolean: When True, bypasses the hour gate (DAILY_BRIEF_UTC_HOUR) so the tick can fire pre-6am UTC. Idempotency still holds via the slug-exists check, so a re-run on the same day is still a noop for the cross-vertical brief. Used by the smoke-e2e verifier to exercise the full pipeline in under 10 min instead of waiting 24h for the next 6 UTC tick.
