`GET /v1/admin/credits`

Per-publisher credits ledger + platform rollup + the gaps.

No ``Depends(get_db)``: a short-lived session is opened here and
released in the ``finally`` before the response shape is built, so no
pooled connection is held while the payload is assembled (the canonical
pattern from ``app/routes/publisher_shows.py``).

- `days` integer, nullable: Trailing window in days. Omit for ALL TIME — credits extended is a lifetime number by nature.
