Content freshness — what share of the live article corpus is fresh?

Buckets quality-passing articles (``is_quality=True`` — the feed-
eligible corpus) by the age of their ``created_at`` timestamp:

  * ``fresh_24h`` — published in the last 24 hours
  * ``fresh_7d`` — published in the last 7 days (cumulative, so it
                    includes ``fresh_24h``)
  * ``stale`` — older than 7 days but still inside the window

The denominator (``total``) is every quality article created inside
the requested ``window`` (default 30d; the window floor is 7d so the
24h/7d buckets always nest). Percentages are relative to ``total``.

Answers the operator question "is the feed going stale?" at a glance:
a falling fresh-share means intake has stalled or the quality gate is
rejecting too much of what came in.
