Send a sign-in link to an allowlisted admin email. Same response
shape regardless of whether the email is on the allowlist — prevents
enumeration of who's authorized. Allowlist via
``ADMIN_MAGIC_LINK_EMAILS`` env var (default ``story@storyflo.com``).
