Single canonical click-out beacon for ALL storyflo embed creative
formats. Verifies the HMAC, mints exactly one
``EmbedderRevenueEvent`` row (event_type=``click``,
amount_usd_cents=0), and 302's to the target URL with
``?utm_storyflo=<slug>`` appended.
