Short-URL alias for the flagship all-trending feed.

HEAD is registered alongside GET so podcast directories that
probe-before-subscribe (some Apple ingest paths, several aggregator
bots) don't see a 405. Starlette runs the GET body builder and
strips the body on HEAD; the only observable response is headers
+ content-length, which is what those probes want.
