WAKE THE COMPUTER WHILE HE IS STILL TYPING (owner, 2026-10-14, at a build that sat for
thirteen minutes). Build's start screen or an opened project calls this once; it queues the
same warm-up a room opening does (`kick_conversation_prewarm`): the workspace hydrated, the
worker credential minted, the catalogue built and a pi parked on the business's computer, which
is woken and held `person` (`computer_sleep.PERSON`). An opened project parks its own session's
coordinator; the start screen parks one under `WARM_START` that no turn claims — it is there to
wake the computer before the first build lands on it, and retires before the computer sleeps.
It starts no model call, is idempotent, and is never an observer's (it would bill the customer).
