`PATCH /v1/teams/{team_id}/stations/{station}`

Move a place down the rail, or take it off the rail without losing it.

A SHIPPED PLACE IS MOVED BY BEING OVERRIDDEN, NOT BY EDITING OURS. The rail
merges `harnesses/workspace/` with the shop's tree and the shop's copy wins
by name, so a shop reordering a place we ship gets its own `_meta.md` with
the new rank committed to its own tree — and our template is untouched for
every other shop on the box. Same override `place_view` writes for a screen.

- ChannelPlacement: What to change about a place's row: where it sits, or whether it shows. TWO OPTIONAL FIELDS AND `model_fields_set` DECIDES, because `None` is a VALUE for both of them — `rail: null` is "no rank" and `hidden: null` is "not hidden" — so a default cannot be told from an omission by reading the field. Only the keys the caller actually sent are written.
