Who sees what: every file's effective plane, plus label findings.

The same grammar the ACP projection enforces, rendered for the owner —
frontmatter labels and `_meta.md` cascades, tighten-only, unlabeled and
unknown values owner-only. Findings are labels that structurally did not
take effect; they can only under-share, never leak.
