ONE number → who this is, front and back.

Back: the canonical identity ladder (active membership → customer spine,
``runtime.caller_authority``) plus line/simulation provenance and
last-activity receipts over SMS and calls.  Front: where this person
lives in the team's authored tree, so a harness can open their folder.
Read-only; an unknown caller is a result, never an error.
