`GET /v1/teams/{team_id}/inbox`

Every desk's asks, newest and most pressing first, with what came of them.

`all=true` is every thread his Inbox ever held — open, Stormy working,
snoozed, read and unread, and everything archived however long ago — each
with its `state`, `seen` and `archived`, for Stormy to find what he asked
about and act on it with `POST /inbox/bulk`.
