# An Email Arrived

`POST /v1/teams/{team_id}/email/accounts/inbound`

An email arrived in one of this business's mailboxes — any provider.

What a new-mail trigger calls with its event's fields (`/connect/triggers`
`call`, with `{"event": "/pointer"}` values). The email is filed once, its
sender resolved, and the email desk answers it exactly once.
