The message's `text` is the question; this is what the card draws under it: lettered rows, "Something else…" for his own words, Skip, Continue. `recommended` is the row Stormy goes with when he skips or the clock runs out. `wait_seconds` is set only when the asking turn HOLDS for the answer; the store turns it into `decide_by`, the moment the card's countdown ends.
