# Deploy Connected App Trigger

`POST /v1/teams/{team_id}/connect/triggers`

Watch one connected app for one kind of event; each event wakes the desk.

## Path parameters

- `team_id` string, uuid, required

- ConnectTriggerDeployRequest
  - `app_slug` string, required
  - `trigger_key` string, required
  - `wake` string, nullable — What the desk does each time the watch fires, in the owner's words.
  - `call` object, nullable — Instead of waking the desk: one of this team's own operations each event runs, {"method": "POST", "path": "/email/accounts/<id>/read", "body": {...}} (path under /v1/teams/{team_id}). Runs as the turn that installed the watch.
  - `configured_props` object
  - `account_id` string, nullable
  - `purpose` string
