`POST /v1/teams/{team_id}/attachments/parts`

One piece of a big file, kept beside the inbox until the last one lands.

`upload` is the browser's own id for the file (32 hex), `index` this
piece's place in it. A piece sent twice simply overwrites itself, so a
retried request is harmless.
